Anne Draper has a postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management, and Certificate of Education. She is a member of the Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel. She is Chair of the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire Branch of the CIPD, and is a fully qualified and experienced teacher. She has also been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences particularly in the International Personnel arena.

Anne has extensive experience in the areas of management development and human resource issues as well as organisational restructuring. She has worked in large and small businesses and has earned a high reputation for delivery of results.

Alan Draper is a highly focused and successful Engineering Executive with extensive experience in a variety of sectors and at levels including Director. He is qualified both technically and in business with an MBA and is a member of professional bodies. These provided the foundation in leading the delivery of designs to manufacture, and engineering services direct to customers internationally.

His experience in the automotive sector is particularly strong having worked in mainstream vehicle manufacturing and in the supply chain. He has met challenges commercially with P and L responsibility for a business unit, in product engineering line management, project management of product and process and in team building.
